ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned
*  Get marketing campaign results tracked
*  Get trends analyses and correlations analyses as they relate to sales, channels, markets, utilities, etc.
*  Get market headroom tracked and communicated
*  Get product effectiveness evaluations
*  Get margin, de-enrollment, product type, and other analytics complied and recommend actions to management
*  Get Weekly Market and other Market presentations prepared
*  Get other duties completed as requested by supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. *  Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or 3-5 years of equivalent professional experience in lieu of specified degree
*  Previous work experience with a retail electric provider preferred but not required
*  Advanced Proficiency in MS Office software, especially MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
*  Working knowledge of data warehousing packages (Access and Sequel)
*  Excellent verbal and written communication skills including superior listening skills
*  Well developed presentation skills
*  Must be detail-oriented and have highly developed service orientation, as well as organizational and follow-up skills
*  Must be able to operate in a fast-paced organization and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
*  Possess high standards of professional and personal integrity
*  Strong interpersonal skills and aptitude for conflict resolution with effective negotiating skills
*  Proven commitment to continuous learning and self-development
*  Ability to work well with team members at all levels
