Liberty Power is proud to provide energy solutions and savings that fuel the growth of business and the economy. As a result of our growth, we are seeking a Collections Support Administrator.
Summary
The Collections Support Administrator will provide administrative and clerical support to the Collections Department. This will facilitate the timely collection of Accounts Receivable.
The Collections Support Administrator will be responsible for the following duties:
* Assist Management in ensuring that Collection Action Guidelines for calls, letters and actions are met.
*Utilize excel to sort, filter and create subset reports for Collection Calls. This may be replaced with IT Designed ‘Campaign Manager’ type reports. This will be done daily.
* Distribute Call lists to Collection Team daily. Future task will be to upload call list in the Collection dialer.
* Utilize excel to sort and create subset reports for Disconnection and De-enrollment requests according to established guidelines and send to enrollment.
* Utilize reports to organize Collection Action for Management Approval.
* Prepare packages for Collection Agency Placement and compile packages in response to Collection Agency requests.
* Generate Collection letters: Reminders, Disconnection and De-enrollment according to established guidelines.
* Send Collection Letters and Welcome Kits.
* Fax information such as invoice requests and statements to customers.
* Update ISTA database with notes of Collection activity as it pertains to letters sent and Disconnections, De-enrollments and Collection Agency updates.
* Research AR discrepancies with guidelines provided.
* Process AR updates as instructed.
* Organize and maintain file system.
* Make copies of correspondence or other printed materials.
* Other projects as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of five years of experience in a senior level administrative role. In addition, the Collections Support Administrator must possess the following skills:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Self-motivated, requiring little supervision to complete assigned projects or tasks. Ability to organize, plan, and control areas of accountability.
* Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
* Work requires continual attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
* Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.
* Proven ability to multi task.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 5 years related experience.
COMPUTER SKILLS
MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint
