Electric competition will not be available everywhere in Texas until adequate infrastructure is developed. Customers of El Paso Electric, Entergy Gulf States Inc., Mutual Energy-Southwestern Electric Power Company and Xcel Energy will be able to choose a REP at a future date.

Liberty Power Texas is certified by the Public Utility Commission of Texas (REP Certificate #10059) and has supplied electricity since 2003 to Small and Mid-size Businesses, National Accounts, and Government & Institutional entities. We currently serve customers in the territories of:
