Direct Billed Customers! READ HERE to learn about important updates to your invoice and Online Bill Pay. We’re changing to serve you better!



We’re making a change for the better! Your Liberty Power invoice just got easier to review, clearer to read and simpler to understand. With this billing period, we’re introducing an updated look and more complete information to help us serve you better.

Please note the following important information regarding our autopay and online payment systems:

  • Recurring autopay by credit, debit or checking account: You’re all set – the autopay method is automatically transferred to the new billing system.
  • Online Bill Pay: Connect to the system via our main website As always, your credit card information will be secure.
    • Reset your online account in our new system: To continue using Online Bill Pay, you’ll be required to enter your payment information in the new system. Please click the “New User” tab and re-enter your information including your Utility Account Number/ESI-ID* and Service Address Zipcode. Be sure to set up your account for recurring payments! Resetting your online account will ensure that you avoid late charges.
    • If you have a previous balance or current charges that were due prior to July 28, please call our Customer Care Team or follow the directions above to reset your account in the new system and make a payment.

If you haven’t previously enrolled in Online Bill Pay, now is a great time to take advantage of its ease and convenience!
